I'm Matthew Zech—an architect, builder, and project leader with nearly two decades of experience turning ideas into reality. My career began with a tool belt and a framing hammer, learning construction from the ground up before earning degrees in Construction Management and Architecture. That foundation allows me to approach every project with both creative vision and practical understanding.

 

Today I lead multidisciplinary design efforts on projects throughout the United States and Latin America, coordinating architecture, engineering, construction, and stakeholder collaboration. Whether I'm designing a custom home, managing an international project team, or helping communities develop meaningful spaces, my goal is always the same: create buildings that are functional, beautiful, and built to last.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I enjoy working across cultures and building relationships that make complex projects successful. I believe good architecture begins by understanding people, and great projects are built on trust, collaboration, and attention to detail.
