Modular construction demands a level of coordination that extends well beyond traditional architectural practice. Every decision must be carefully integrated with structural systems, manufacturing processes, transportation requirements, and on-site assembly. Success depends on clear communication and seamless collaboration among architects, engineers, manufacturers, contractors, and developers.

Through my experience producing shop drawings and coordinating over 60 modular projects, I have developed a deep understanding of how multidisciplinary teams work together to transform a design into a precisely manufactured building. Working in this environment has strengthened my ability to anticipate challenges early, coordinate complex building systems, and communicate effectively with every member of the project team.
